Job description

The Analyst A / R will play a key role in managing and optimizing client accounts. Their varied tasks will provide a comprehensive overview of account management, including: Portfolio Management, DSO Optimization, Account Reconciliation, Credit Study, and Account Opening, Deduction Processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform collections calls and follow up on past due accounts while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Releasing customer orders
  • Process credit card payments
  • Carry out credit studies and the opening of new customer accounts, including necessary updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries (internal & external)
  • Verify and forward deductions to various stakeholders for approval
  • Reconcile customer accounts and prepare journal entries
  • Provide return authorizations in accordance with our terms and conditions
  • Process credit notes or invoices
  • Perform other tasks related to the position
