Base pay range

CA$75,000.00 / yr - CA$90,000.00 / yr

Position : Accounting Analyst

Salary : $75,000–$90,000 annually (pro-rated for contract duration)

Job Type : 6-month contract

Join a globally recognized, reputable public company based in Laval as an Accounting Analyst on a 6-month contract . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance team in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Conduct variance analysis and explain financial discrepancies
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries
• Review and ensure accuracy of payroll accounts and related reconciliations

What We’re Looking For :

• A solid background in accounting or finance (CPA designation or in progress is an asset)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS / GAAP)
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
