ABOUT THE TEAM

The Provincial Treasury Office (PTO) in the Ministry of Finance is responsible for providing leadership on and arranging and managing the financing requirements for the Government of Saskatchewan, Crown Corporations and other government agencies. It manages the provincial debt, cash position and banking arrangements of the General Revenue Fund and provides an investment management service to various funds administered by the Government and other agencies.

In this role, you will apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills to support critical treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and analysis, liquidity management, short-term debt issuance, banking administration, and the implementation and ongoing operation of the new investment management system.
