Reporting to the Manager, Technology Governance, the Analyst will drive the operational execution, cross-functional coordination, and continuous monitoring of enterprise Data Governance, GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance), and Technology Lifecycle frameworks. This role acts as a critical bridge between technical systems and business accountability, ensuring that Payments Canada’s data assets are rigorously mapped, ownership is clearly established, and technology platforms adhere to organizational policies.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, blending an understanding of backend data structures (schemas, headers, and data flows) with the diplomatic skills required to establish data stewardship, resolve cross-pillar policy gaps, and manage end-to-end exception tracking within enterprise systems like ServiceNow.

Our target starting rate for this role is $83,300 with flexibility based on your experience and qualifications. The full salary range and benefits package are detailed below.
