The Sustainability Analyst is an integral member of a highly collaborative, fast-paced team, working towards QuadReal's mandate to be a global sustainability leader. This position will support QuadReal's sustainability strategy in its key areas: environment, places and leading with integrity. The Sustainability Analyst will be focused on using sustainability performance data and analytics to help build an organized structure that supports QuadReal's GHG emissions reporting and insights. This individual will have a passion for climate change mitigation and resilience, and a strong desire to support QuadReal on its sustainability and decarbonization journey across geographies. The role will encompass a wide range of crucial tasks so the ability to prioritize, pivot and adapt is key.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $77,000.
Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
