Independent Electricity System Operator in Mississauga is seeking a Settlement Analyst to support metering, meter data management and settlement activities within the Ontario market.

The successful candidate will provide technical and analytical support related to the administration and application of metering, meter data management and settlement services to customers. Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate processes, systems and procedures within the Metering, Production and/or Support groups of the Settlement Division and to perform settlement activities for the IESO-Administered Market.

In a typical day, you will be involved in supporting the administration of metering, meter registration, meter data management, and settlement activities within the Ontario electricity market. The successful candidate will analyze metering and settlement data, review technical documentation for compliance with market rules, investigate customer inquiries, and provide analytical support to internal and external stakeholders. They will also help improve business processes, maintain policies and procedures, support system testing and documentation, and contribute to accurate financial settlements by validating data, processing adjustments, and ensuring the integrity of market operations.
