Key Responsibilities
  • Perform investment analysis and execute transactions.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis of investment opportunities and prepare summary reports.
  • Perform in-depth due diligence of potential investments and identify key investment merits and risks.

Required Experience
  • Experience in private investments, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, equity research, or in a natural resources company.
Qualifications

  • Professional designation: CFA is an asset.
  • Superior proficiency with business software and analytical tools.
  • Strong financial skills, including experience in building financial models.
  • Project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
