How you'll make an impact

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst Relations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director of Analyst Relations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with industry analysts, influencing perceptions, and driving awareness of our products, services, and market position across AI, iPaaS, Data Management, and API Management.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the execution of the AR strategy, programs, and initiatives
• Identify and develop relationships with primary, secondary, and tertiary analysts
• Act as the trusted partner between industry analysts and the company, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain strong relationships with analysts from leading research firms
• Collaborate with internal teams to align analyst relations with business goals
• Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and meetings
• Manage inquiries, requests, and research report reviews from analysts
• Monitor analyst insights and research for market trends and implications
• Plan and execute analyst events such as briefings and webinars
• Track and report on analyst interactions and sentiment
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

The Experience you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in analyst relations, PR, or related within the tech industry
• Strong understanding of analyst relations principles and practices
• Ability to build relationships with analysts and executives
• Strategic planning skills
• Experience organizing analyst engagements
• Ability to interpret analyst research and reports
• Proficiency with Google tools and analyst platforms (e.g., ARInsights, Gartner, Forrester)
• Ability to travel occasionally (10-20%)

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with Gartner, Forrester, IDC
• Background in product marketing or corporate communications
• Familiarity with social media strategies for analysts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
