Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Client Experience and Relationship Management, the Manager, Client Relationship Management is accountable for assigned client relationships and client interactions, delivering thoughtful, value‑added engagement that strengthens IMCO’s client experience. The role works closely with institutional clients and internal teams to understand client priorities, apply sound judgment, and coordinate high‑quality materials, insights, and deliverables that support informed decision‑making. The Manager also develops client‑facing materials, insights, and engagement approaches that reinforce IMCO’s value proposition and enable clear, effective client conversations. Working through influence in a matrixed organization, the role coordinates across functions, exercises independent judgment, and ensures assigned initiatives are delivered with quality, consistency, and a client‑first focus.
The base salary range for this position is CAD $105,000.00 - $138,000.00. The placement within the range is determined by the range of market pay for the specific position, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skillset and experience relative to the requirements of the position and to internal peers.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in IMCO's annual incentive plan.
