Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC, is seeking an Analyst for Project, Operational Industrialization, Footprint & Central Planning. You will lead strategic operations projects, govern multi-disciplinary teams, and drive change management initiatives across the Challenger Product line.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM, a relevant bachelor’s degree (PMP is a plus), and strong French/English communication. Hybrid work options and competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering; PMP is an asset.
• Knowledge in Project Management and experience leading business critical projects.
• Strong team leadership with analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key projects related to operations strategic initiatives on Challenger Product (build business cases, establish project planning, identify schedule & financial risks and deliver on time).
• Establish governance structures, elevate issues to management when required and provide visibility to senior leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across functions.
• Develop communication and change management plans for successful deployment of projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
