Job summary

TD is seeking an undergraduate senior analyst to support TD's business management initiatives in Toronto. The role focuses on acting as a subject matter expert, coaching others, and independently overseeing end-to-end tasks within short to mid-term horizons.

You will provide specialized management advice to leadership and teams, lead initiatives aligned with overall strategy, and coordinate across multiple functional areas to implement policies, processes, and changes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized business management related advice / support to management / leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization; understands trends and recommends action.
• Leads on the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business / function strategy.
• Manages a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas.
• Supports / manages the integrated implementation of policies / processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas.
• Provides SME input to projects / initiatives as a representative for area of specialization; participates in identifying, designing, and testing solutions.
• May develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
