Responsibilities:

  • Structure and coordinate projects while supporting various departments in implementing initiatives, adopting a participative leadership style, acting as a change agent, and serving as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate a multifunctional team (Planning, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality, etc.) to successfully complete projects, monitor project timelines, and report to management on project health.
  • Ensure weekly governance of the Methods and Planning department.
  • Conduct various data analyses to better understand a situation or issue, or to improve a business process.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have at least 2 years of project management experience, with PMP certification considered an asset.
  • You have at least 9 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other complex product industries, ideally at Bombardier.
  • You demonstrate leadership, communication, and influence skills.
  • You have a synthesis mindset and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • You are dynamic, personable, and enjoy teamwork.
  • You exhibit patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
  • You have proven your ability to improve business process efficiency using technology and process improvement methodologies.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint and have general IT knowledge.
