Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking an Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics to transform data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy and drive business growth. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying advanced analytics to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

The role requires a quantitative degree, 1+ years in data analytics, and strong SQL experience, along with Excel, Power BI, Python or SAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong experience with SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Python and SAS are an asset (certification is a plus).
• Expertise data visualization and experience with BI tools (Power BI).
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.
• Proactive ownership of projects and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Passion for data, technology, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort with emerging technologies and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions.
• Retail or banking industry experience is an asset.

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000.
Ourtypical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
