We are looking for a motivated Analyst, People Analytics who will work with the Human Resources team. As a member of the People Analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting the organization and key HR partners by providing advanced analytics to inform data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams in the Human Resources group to design new metrics and ensure that our processes generate high-quality data. As an Analyst, People Analytics you’ll:
Develop and manage workforce information to enable leadership to make fact-based decisions and support daily activities by providing straightforward reports and data updates
Apply standard analytical procedures and tools under supervision
Gather information on key performance indicators and produce reports to address the operational and strategic needs of the sector
Participate in validating the understanding of needs with more experienced team members
Compile and present basic data to support decisions made by more experienced team members
Create and update existing dashboards for management and HR as instructed
Collaborate with team members to collect data and carry out assigned tasks, such as analyzing employee engagement, diversity, attraction, development, rewards, retention, turnover, etc.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by reporting discrepancies or optimization opportunities
Ensure consistency in data quality through process improvement
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from HRBPs and management

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
Zero to two (0 to 2) years of experience in a technical role within a dynamic and complex organization (e.g., human resources, marketing, business, financial analysis, etc.)
Experience in designing decision support tools (BI)
Knowledge of data modeling and problem-solving using data
Strong business sense and client orientation
Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive personal data; ability to comply with data governance and confidentiality standards
Technical skills with data analysis tools (proficiency in R or Python)
Excellent analytical skills and creativity in problem-solving
Proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to quickly synthesize and consolidate information into visual format for presentations to management
Bilingualism: English and French(Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
