Job summary

AESO is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join the Transformation Management Office. The role supports enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating operational readiness activities, enabling governance processes, and providing strategic analysis.

You will develop executive materials, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help align initiatives with strategic objectives. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in large change initiatives, strategy, or project management
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Reporting to the Manager, Business Design, you will support the delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating operational readiness activities, enabling governance processes, and providing strategic and analytical support.
