Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of corporate clients, develop financial models
• Create marketing materials and presentations
• Support transaction structuring and execution, increasing responsibilities over time
• Identify and develop business opportunities with clients
• Perform financial statement analysis and maintain models
• Consolidate and interpret company and industry data for analysis
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
• Apply product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve financial objectives

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in Investment Banking or M&A
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Strong quantitative and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• High professional standards, integrity, and teamwork
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn

Work Arrangement

This is an onsite role requiring 4-5 days in the office, subject to change based on business needs.
