Job summary

Domtar recherche un Analyste OT pour soutenir et améliorer l’infrastructure OT, la cybersécurité et les technologies de contrôle des procédés dans nos installations. Ce rôle offre un leadership technique pour assurer fiabilité et disponibilité tout en soutenant les initiatives de modernisation et l’excellence opérationnelle.

Le candidat retenu gèrera des projets d’infrastructure, collaborera avec les équipes industrielles et veillera à la documentation et au respect des normes techniques.

Qualifications

• 5–7 années d’expérience dans OT, IT industriel ou environnements manufacturiers.
• Connaissances en réseaux industriels, Windows Server, virtualisation, cybersécurité.
• Bonnes compétences analytiques, de dépannage, gestion de projets et communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintenir et faire évoluer l’infrastructure OT (serveurs, postes, réseaux industriels).
• Conduire les initiatives de cybersécurité OT, correctifs et conformité aux standards.
• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques OT complexes.
• Élaborer l’architecture OT, la documentation et les standards techniques.
• Conduire les projets de modernisation et de gestion du cycle de vie des infrastructures.
• Coopérer avec les opérations, ingénierie, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
• Fournir supervision et mentorat aux analysts OT et administrateurs.
• Participer à la réponse aux incidents, récupération et support on-call.

The Saint-Félicien sawmill has been operating in the Lac-Saint-Jean region since 1950, right next to the majestic Ashuapmushuan River. Our organization is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Analyst, Operational Technology. This is a position permanent to full-time.

The Analyst, Operational Technology (OT), is responsible for supporting and improving OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and process control technologies across manufacturing facilities. This role provides technical leadership for OT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and availability while supporting modernization initiatives and operational excellence. Based on existing OT role responsibilities within your organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain OT infrastructure including servers, workstations, virtualization platforms, industrial networks, and remote access systems.
• Lead OT cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and standards compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex OT infrastructure and network issues.
• Develop and maintain OT architecture, documentation, and technical standards.
• Lead technology refresh, obsolescence management, and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Coordinate with mill operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to support projects and operational needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to OT Analysts and Administrators.
• Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and on-call support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting OT, process control, industrial IT, or manufacturing technology environments.
• Experience with industrial networks, Windows Server, virtualization, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, MES, and industrial cybersecurity frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, Security+, VMware, or Cisco certifications.
