About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Analyst - Network Support to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure Operations & Delivery team.
The IT Infrastructure Operations & Delivery team plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s life-saving mission by managing and maintaining the core IT infrastructure that enables seamless, secure, and reliable technology services across Canadian Blood Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, configuration, maintenance, and support of Canadian Blood Services’ core network services and enterprise network infrastructure . This includes technologies such as switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, WAN, VoIP, structured cabling, and network monitoring. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and project teams to ensure the ongoing reliability, stability, and security of our networking environment.
