Ontario Health’s Patient before Paperwork (Pb4P) team is seeking a motivated and skilled Analyst to support the Pb4P program. This role will focus on a large-scale, provincial digital health initiative aimed at improving primary care across Ontario. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in analyzing healthcare data, conducting statistical research, and developing insights that will support the optimization of health care delivery. Reporting to Manager, Primary and Community-Based Care, and working closely with the Measurement and Evaluation Lead and Project Managers across OH, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable data models, identify trends, and help shape the future of Ontario's healthcare system.
