  • Support AI sprint and pilot programs by assisting participants, tracking experiments and helping translate successful outcomes into scalable solutions, while contributing to other legal operations projects as required
What You Bring
  • Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with legal e-billing or other legal technology platforms
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Excel or other data analytics tools, with the ability to analyze metrics, identify insights and communicate findings clearly
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including building a tool, workflow, custom GPT, agent, artifact or automation
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while contributing to a collegial and creative team environment
  • Familiarity with compliance-related processes and an interest in developing further expertise in this area

You are motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

We provide colleagues with cutting-edge AI tools, dedicated learning time, and practical support to help them deliver with greater impact.
