Skills needed:

1. Strong communication skill (written and verbal).
2. Incident management.
3. Expert knowledge in SQL: able to build extended queries and know the SQL keyword, ideally Oracle SQL/ PL-SQL.
4. Good knowledge in Unix and scripts: know commands to perform health check on a server and able to parse and investigate a log file.
5. Knowledge of ITIL.
6. Knowledge of Dynatrace.
7. Knowledge of schedulers (Autosys, Control M), DataStage WTX and file transferring (CFT/FTP/MQ) would be an advantage.
8. At least 4-7 years as Application Production Support.

Additional Job Details:

Max bill rate: *** ***/hour. Work shift: Monday to Friday - 11:00AM to 8:00PM in Summer & 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM in Winter. Weekend Shift: Sunday rotational once to twice a month, same working hours.
