Analyst I - Warehouse Lead Hand - STRAIGHT DAY

Summary: This position oversees shift personnel and facilitates the transfer of finished goods from the warehouse into customer shipments, ensuring quality and accuracy. The role involves developing a culture of continuous improvement in safety, employee engagement, quality, and production. The candidate should be willing to learn, promote, and implement safety, HR, quality, and operational policies. Developing, training, and maintaining a skilled team is essential.

Shift: Straight Day Shift

Salary: Up to $70,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Lead by example in safety policies, create an environment of trust, communicate safety expectations, manage safety observations, ensure safe operation of machinery, support safety initiatives, and participate in safety training and investigations.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, ensure quality and accuracy, delegate responsibilities, participate in decision-making, train staff, optimize productivity, process orders efficiently, prepare shipping documents, and participate in inventory counts.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college or associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
