Responsibilities

• Perform bench experiments and document results.
• Apply SOPs to methods and ensure complete, accurate documentation.
• Adhere to general SOPs and maintain proper housekeeping and safety.
• Complete supplementary information forms as needed for documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with new SOPs, procedures, and techniques through training and meetings.
• Communicate potential problems affecting quality or data reliability to the line manager and take appropriate action.

The Analyst is responsible bench work and documentation based on their assignment to the laboratory. Ensures that analyses are performed in accordance with appropriate SOPs.

What You’ll Do Here

• Responsible for experiments at the bench based on training and competencies can be assigned conduct validation and/or sample analysis.
• Apply appropriately the standard operating procedure (SOP) for both method-specific and general processes and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Respect general SOPs
• Complete supplementary information forms as needed to complete documentation.
• Stay up to date on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques via training sessions, team meetings and internal communication avenues.
• Communicate potential problems that could impact quality of the work performed in the laboratory and data reliability and discusses appropriately with line manager.
• Respect Health and Safety standards in terms of personal protection, laboratory maintenance, work procedures, as well as good laboratory practice (GLP) and good clinical practices (GCP) as applicable.
