Enbridge is seeking a Digital Knowledge Analyst to join our outstanding team!

The role is responsible for day-to-day operations such as: overseeing and executing communication requirements, content curation, intake and routing, fine-tuning of AI tools, development of new content and support of our digital strategy.

Please note: This is a 1-year temporary fixed-term assignment with an anticipated end date February 2026.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day knowledge requests from HR.
  • Respond to requests for new knowledge intake; operational publication on HR digital platforms (Mya, ELink, HR KNOW); oversight of communication requirements; adherence to the knowledge governance program.
  • Support customers in knowledge design discussions and ensure a digital-first approach to content requests.
  • Engage in and support knowledge-related training or awareness activities across HR.
  • Liaise with multiple HR departments and Partners, in conjunction with the Digital Knowledge team, to identify new content or updates to existing content and program required changes.
  • Model best practices and knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of enabling technologies.
  • Optimize AI tools by addressing natural language processing (NLP) errors or ambiguity based on bot reports.
  • Support the creation of Agent Assist specific tasks or customizations within AI-augmented service console.

Who you are

  • 1+ years of experience in natural language processing (NLP).
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant development cycles.
  • Systems testing; preferably from a previous project or platform implementation.
  • Working understanding of digital or knowledge management strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and customer support mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
