Brainhunter Systems Ltd in Brampton is seeking an Analyst Global Sourcing to support the GS team in a contract hybrid role. You will manage high-volume PO workflows, inventory levels, and delivery execution, coordinating with domestic and offshore suppliers to ensure timely orders.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Sourcing, you will act as the central contact for data integrity, risk monitoring, and stakeholder updates, while applying advanced Excel skills to monitor replenishment and stock

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with purchase order management and tracking.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including creation, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Own and actively manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with demand and minimizing stock-out risk.
• Monitor inventory and mitigate risks (shortages, delays, overstock).
• Coordinate daily with domestic and offshore suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions in real time.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Sourcing, distributors, and DCs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and escalations to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
• Support operational continuity by handling high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.

Brainhunter is currently seeking the services of a “Analyst Global Sourcing” for a contract opportunity with one of our Valued Clients.

Work Style: Hybrid (4 days in office)

Location city(s): Brampton

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Analyst to support the daily operations of the Global Sourcing (GS) team. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Global Sourcing, and is critical to ensuring seamless coordination across suppliers, distributors, and Distribution Centers (DCs). The Analyst will act as the central point of contact for managing high-volume purchase order workflows, inventory management, and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including creation, tracking, and issue resolution
• Own and actively manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with demand and minimizing stock-out risk
• Monitor inventory and proactively identify and mitigate risks (shortages, delays, overstock)
• Coordinate daily with domestic and offshore suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Sourcing, distributors, and Distribution Centers (DCs)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory management
• Strong hands-on inventory management experience (replenishment, stock monitoring, risk mitigation)
• Hands-on experience with purchase order management and tracking
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-intensive workflows
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, tracking)
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with real-time problem solving

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with global sourcing or international supplier coordination
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience working with distribution centers or logistics operations
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes or create operational efficiencies
• Python and/or Power BI experience for reporting and automation
• Proven initiative in taking on responsibilities beyond core role
