Our Downtown Vancouver real estate client is seeking an experienced analyst to join the team.

This role will play a critical part in delivering strategic and financial insights to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and modeling skills, and brings a collaborative mindset to cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a key contributor in the preparation of strategic and financial insights, including annual budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Take primary ownership of Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting and other periodic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance complex financial models to support ongoing business needs.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets from various internal sources to uncover insights and support business strategy.
  • Assist with research, quantitative analysis, and the creation of communication materials for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams including transactions, asset management, and property operations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • Designated CPA, CFA, and / or MBA strongly preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or a similar environment
  • Experience in FP&A or exposure to the financial services or real estate sector is an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills required; ability to build dynamic financial models strongly preferred
  • Experience with Power Query is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
