  • Assist in developing value-for-money or business case analyses.
  • Support the development and negotiation of contractual terms such as funding provisions, KPIs, risk sharing, and termination clauses.
  • Analyze market conditions to manage contractual risks and inform commercial structuring activities.
The Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure advisory, or investment banking.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Understanding of PPP, availability-based models, and revenue risk structures.
  • Familiarity with project finance documentation.
  • CFA/CPA is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Bilingual (French-English) is desirable.
Why join our team?
  • Comprehensive benefits including insurance, pension, and wellness accounts.
  • Flexible work arrangements.
  • Incentive bonus program.
  • Innovative and inclusive work environment.
  • Opportunity to shape Canada's transportation future.
