Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering consulting engagements focused on agriculture, agribusiness, and related industry bodies and associations with a dynamic team of financial and agricultural professionals.
• Work directly with clients to develop positive working relationships.
• Plan and collect financial and other business information through client interactions and analysis of reports and data.
• Assist with developing project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with the client engagement team.
• Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.

Skills and Experience

• Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting.
• At least 1 year of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in an agriculture environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of farm enterprises, primary producers, or agribusiness is preferred.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and interview clients to gather business information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
