What are your contributions to the team?

  • Plan and manage the execution of maintenance, equipment installation and building projects.
  • Manage and supervise work orders relating to site operations.
  • Manage calls for tenders and set repair progress schedules.
  • Plan, monitor the work carried out and produce improvement and prevention reports.
  • Develop relationships with customers and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor repair work in the factory.
  • Ensure monitoring of the budget related to maintenance operations.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have technical college training or equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have a good understanding of building equipment.
  • You manage time and priorities effectively.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Maximo desirable).
  • You are fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
