Job Description
Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfields lines of business.
As a member of the Compensation Team the Compensation Analyst Equity Compensation is responsible for the administration of the executive equity compensation plans and manages the Shareworks and TSX Trust Company vendor systems across various Brookfield business units. This role involves close collaboration with the Human Resources Payroll and Accounting departments to ensure data accuracy and timely deliverables and excellent customer service.
The analyst will also provide support in managing Brookfields broad-based compensation programs. This involves taking part in compensation initiatives conducting data analysis to provide insights preparing reports and providing support for the annual cycle.
