Role Overview

The Digital Merchandising Analyst supports the implementation of product strategies aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include developing tools to optimize operations, conducting business analyses, reviewing product performance, and collaborating with teams to execute digital merchandising plans. Monitoring and evaluating strategy success to drive improvements is also key.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain tools to support online operations.
  2. Support Merchandising teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Manage relationships and vendor interactions.
  4. Analyze trends and identify opportunities.
  5. Perform data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
  6. Manage specific product categories and groups.
  7. Build industry knowledge and partner on category tactics.
  8. Make product recommendations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BCom) or similar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Online Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Category Management, or related fields, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Programming experience with Python and VBA.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Effective multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
