Purpose:

As an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for deal execution, collaborating with sales and trading teams, and liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure proper bond setup.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare for deal execution, including creating exempt lists and setting up Canissue when required.
  • Create syndicate structures, prepare emails, and gather documents for deal launches.
  • Coordinate syndicate calls and pricing invites.
  • During deals, manage launch processes, update teams, and collaborate on order management and deal allocations.
  • Assist with syndicate and pricing calls, including calculations and reading terms.
  • Liaise with trading desks for timely information, prices, and spreads.
  • Post-deal, work with compliance on index inclusion, manage buyer lists, and ensure proper bond setup and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day responsibilities such as maintaining distribution lists, deal folders, preparing P&L summaries, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Over 3 years of experience in capital markets, operations, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Arrangement:

This role is currently on-site, requiring at least 4 days in the office weekly, subject to change based on business needs.
