Role and Responsibilities

As a Pension Analyst, you will administer pension plans and provide analytical support, including:

• Responding to client inquiries professionally
• Calculating and processing pension benefits for medium-sized plans
• Preparing year-end pension statements
• Supporting actuarial valuations with accurate data
• Applying pension benefit calculations per legislative requirements
• Ensuring data accuracy in pension databases
• Participating in training and client meetings
• Supporting team projects

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• Post-secondary education in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Teamwork, initiative, and independence
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English; French is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
