The HR Analytics Department is a team of experts that uses HR and analytics data to provide tailored solutions and strategic advice to managers, executives, and HR experts. The team is also responsible for responding to operational requests while empowering users. The team’s main responsibilities are to respond to operational requests, develop analytical solutions for the Human Resources Executive Division, and create value using HR data. As a Workday reporting analyst, you collect and valorize data that comes through different channels. You extract, describe, analyze, and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions.
