As a data analyst, you collect, process, analyze and use data from various channels. You will extract, describe, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions. Your role involves leading stakeholders in designing analytical solutions tailored to diverse business needs and managing complex data collection, processing, and analysis projects. You will recommend strategies for planning and executing sophisticated analytical initiatives, utilizing multiple databases, and applying your comprehensive understanding of the organization and its operations. You will serve as a subject matter expert and advisor for data use, interacting with stakeholders across fields to communicate issues and influence decisions. Your specific responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing user needs and managing complex mandates for data collection, processing, and analysis, ensuring coordination during implementation.
  • Developing and enhancing reports and tools to interpret complex operational and strategic data, influencing decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and data management tools.
  • Advising teams on data needs and solutions, helping prioritize and identify appropriate data strategies.
  • Performing descriptive and diagnostic analyses for various mandates, providing recommendations to decision-making bodies.
