Job summary

RBC is seeking a data analytics & reporting professional in Toronto to generate court-formatted documentation and support production of business management reports. You will work within the RBC Royal Trust Data Analytics & Reporting team to improve reporting processes and analyze key financial metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in business/finance/IT, CPA education, and bilingual English/French, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Python.

Qualifications

  • Accounting experience or education (CPA).
  • Bilingualism in English and French required for client and partner communications across Canada.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Job Description
What is the opportunity?

The position works within the RBC Royal Trust Data Analytics & Reporting team, with a primary responsibility of generating court formatted documentation. In addition to the primary responsibility, this role will support the production/maintenance of various business management reports. Having an accounting background and being bilingual in French is preferred.

What will you do?
  • Generate court formatted documentation

  • Lead the integration of a SaaS solution to improve upon the current court formatted reporting process

  • Support with the production & maintenance of various business management reports

  • Assist in other analysis of key business metrics and financials

  • Identify opportunities for improved process efficiencies

What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
  • 2-4 years of business, finance, investment, IT, or related experience

  • Accounting experience and or and education (CPA)

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Nice-to-have
  • General knowledge of estate and trust services, custody solutions, investments, financial planning counselling and taxation issues

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Experience with Python and other programming languages

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$55,000.00 - $90,000.00
