Reporting to the Manager, Procurement Systems and Global Process, the incumbent for this position is responsible for developing and maintaining data governance in support of the development of a world-class procurement function. The Analyst will ensure master data consistency and provide regular analytics and reports to procurement leaders.
Key responsibilities :
- Act as a data steward for Global Procurement, ensuring proper classification of key sourcing and purchasing parameters in support of Global Operations
- Input data into the ERP including item masters, etc. and maintain data integrity
- Identify opportunities to use AI to automate data management
- Liaise with various departments to ensure that data is well understood
- Track cost savings of sourcing initiatives
- Develop data fluency and use a variety of techniques to design powerful visualizations supporting ethical data-based decisions

Requirements
- Diploma in quantitative or business-related field
- An equivalent work experience will also be considered
- Business Intelligence background is an asset
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position in an ERP manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with commodity-based Procurement and Sourcing
- Familiarity with ERP systems (preference for Infor LN)
- Microsoft Power BI
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in French and English, written and oral (Bilingual)
