BDC is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Accounting in Montreal to support accurate financial reporting. You will prepare month-end entries, manage reconciliations, process accruals and invoices, and coordinate SharePoint-distributed reports while ensuring internal controls.

You will back up daily cash reconciliation and contribute to process improvements, including AI-driven automation, using systems like PeopleSoft and Concur. BDC offers flexible benefits and a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA considered an asset).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and contribute to process or system changes.
• Team-oriented with adaptability to changing environments.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and initiative.

Mansioni

• Prepare complex Month-End journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Coordinate monthly and annual expense accruals and invoicing processes.
• Administer purchasing and corporate card programs; respond to inquiries and ad-hoc requests.
• Distribute Month-End reports via SharePoint with proper access and folder structure.
• Support continuous improvement by adopting AI and automation in reporting processes.
