The Job!

Reporting to a Supervisor, Contract Management, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of contract and purchase requests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing various contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and purchase orders (POs), utilizing systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract status and expectations.
  • Collaborating with Accounts Payable and Finance Business Partners on inquiries related to contract payments and open balances.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects such as data cleansing, vendor master data entry, and updates to operating procedures.
  • Providing training to stakeholders on procurement policies and processes.

What you bring to the job

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency, and possess excellent customer service skills and comes with the following:

  • 5 years of experience in a Procurement, supply chain, or contract administration role.
  • A background in Accounting or Finance (preferably within a Procure-to-Pay environment) is preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Excel) is essential.
  • A relevant designation (Supply Chain, Procurement, or Accounting) is considered an asset.
  • French proficiency is an asset.
