What will your typical day look like?
As an Analyst or Consultant, you will work as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team to support clients with:
- Analyzing operational performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, access, and clinical quality
- Supporting implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, such as Epic or Cerner
- Contributing to clinical service and diagnostic planning initiatives aligned to health authority and provincial strategies
- Conducting research, synthesizing findings, and developing client-facing deliverables
- Engaging with stakeholders across clinical (e.g., physicians, pharmacy, nursing), administrative, and executive levels
- Helping health systems translate strategy into action through implementation planning, operational redesign, and stakeholder engagement
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, policy, technology, and operations—partnering with clients and colleagues from a wide range of disciplines.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Education and Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field
- A master’s degree (e.g., MHA, MBA, MPH) is considered a value-add when it brings added depth of specialization
Experience and Knowledge (Considered Value-Adds):
- Familiarity with Canadian healthcare systems and governance structures, including provincial ministries
- Exposure to clinical information systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Experience or exposure to hospital operations, particularly in diagnostics, pharmacy, professional practice, or clinical leadership settings
- Insight into health service planning, financial modeling, or operational analysis in healthcare contexts
- Bilingualism (French and English)

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
