The Opportunity
The Renewals Analyst is responsible for processing Commercial Mortgage Renewals and Assumptions, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining file integrity. Responsibilities include reviewing underwriting documents, liaising with stakeholders, processing loan details, maintaining files, and supporting reporting and policy updates.

The Requirements Needed
Post-secondary education, experience in mortgage/financial industry, knowledge of Quebec commercial mortgage legal documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of mortgage security documentation, experience with mortgage assumptions/renewals, knowledge of AML and Down Payment Verification, experience in a paperless environment, strong communication skills, and high organization and attention to detail.
