With a focus on road, rail, and ocean transportation, the Analyst, Carrier Contracts and Ocean Logistics Compliance reduces financial and business risk, enhances data/financial accuracy, and enables business objectives by conducting safety/insurance audits, building and analyzing reports, identifying/implementing process improvements, and collaborating across departments.

What You’ll Do
  • Administer processes related to carrier rate agreements, ensuring accurate, cost-effectiveness alignment between contracts and systems
  • Regularly audit carriers for satisfactory safety, insurance, workers' compensation, and operational performance to protect the business and ensure network stability
  • Project manage the on-boarding of new carriers, working with transportation operators, i2 software team, finance, and IT
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives that improve service, reduce cost, and enhance compliance.
What You’ll Bring
  • Post secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years professional experience in supply chain roles with an operational excellence and process improvement mindset.
  • Advance Excel skills and experience with SAP are required. Experience with transportation management systems (such as i2 or similar platforms) is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Power Automate, Google Cloud Platform is considered an asset.
