Join the momentum at MNP. We are seeking an Analyst for our growing Capital Projects team, working with First Nations and Indigenous communities. MNP is a leading national accounting, tax, and business consulting firm for infrastructure projects across various sectors. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Performance Expectations

  • Provide owner’s representative (project and construction management) support, overseeing studies, engineering, and construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, often in remote settings.
  • Support project monitoring for design, delivery, and administration of client work.
  • Assist with budget and financial management to meet funding constraints and requirements.
  • Design, develop, format, and proofread professional reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Develop relationships with clients to ensure high-level client service.
  • Understand and respect Indigenous cultures, traditions, and governance structures, integrating these into project planning and execution.
  • Willingness to travel to rural and remote locations and adapt to varying project demands and logistical challenges.

Credentials

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or related fields.
  • Experience in engineering and construction project management, with knowledge of construction methods and building systems, is an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years in project and construction management, especially in capital and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, EIT) are an asset.
  • Experience in consulting environments and with Indigenous communities is an asset.
