What is the opportunity?The Business Transformation team supports Capital Markets by working closely with business partners across the Front Office as well as functional teams to help enable change by executing business-driven transformation. This role is strategically important in supporting business transformation and ensuring regulatory compliance, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of RBC Capital Markets. This role will support the broader strategic goals of the Business Transformation team by providing critical assistance with project execution, enabling senior team members to focus on high-level strategic planning and decision-making.
We are looking for an eager and high-performing individual to work on regulatory and strategic projects within our group, with a focus on delivering impactful business outcomes. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business transformation initiatives, build foundational skills, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Please note, this is hybrid role. The expectation is that the incumbent will work a minimum of 3 days in the office.
