Vancouver Whitecaps FC is looking for a new team member to join our Business Intelligence department in the position of Analyst, Business Intelligence & CRM.
The Analyst, Business Intelligence & CRM will provide analytical support to drive business decisions while simultaneously overseeing the effective use and optimization of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role bridges data analytics and CRM support to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential for success in this dual role.
