Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance measures : Ensure alignment with enterprise and corporate goals, prepare quarterly reports for the Board and TransLink, and support senior management decision-making with analysis and reports.
  • Design and deploy Business Intelligence solutions : Create dashboards and reports, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the Data Governance framework.
  • Performance analysis and reporting : Support corporate performance measures, analyze variances, and recommend best practices to management.
  • Data quality and integrity : Establish quality assurance processes, review data submissions, and support ETL processes and metadata reporting.
  • Stakeholder collaboration : Develop BI dashboards, reports, and presentations, and facilitate requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Continuous improvement and innovation : Identify process improvements, support business planning, and participate in Data Governance initiatives.
  • Technical support : Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse and BI solutions, ensuring standards and scalability.
  • Stay updated : Keep abreast of new techniques, technologies, industry trends, and participate in relevant events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in performance measurement, data analysis, and BI report development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance measures, benchmarking, dashboards, and BI tools (SQL Server, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with ETL processes and data governance is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, offering competitive salary and benefits, including health, dental, transit pass, and pension plan. The salary range is $75,600 - $113,400 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
