Job description

Join to apply for the Analyst, Audience and Analytics role at Media Experts.

As an Analyst on the Audience and Analytics team, you will gain hands-on experience working on advanced marketing analysis and audience projects. You will create, innovate, and guide the audience creation & analytics process, and suggest improvements. You will collaborate with client teams, media, audience and analytics platforms, and data sources supported by a strong internal system.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with account leads on multiple projects across various clients, building custom audiences using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data leveraging proprietary tools.
  2. Support teams in creating customized audience playbooks.
  3. Identify client business needs and develop analyses to measure Audience and Media Performance.

Providing audience and analytics services:

  1. Collect and analyze digital data to identify trends and opportunities. Create dashboards with visualization tools and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  2. Conduct audience research, identify target audiences, and develop segmentation strategies using proprietary and syndicated tools.
  3. Develop internal and external documents on audience & analytics topics, such as technology, measurement, and privacy.
  4. Educate teams on platform learnings and continually develop skills within internal teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of audience strategies, development, and activation.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms and tagging strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital media reporting platforms like CM360, DV360, SA360, Meta, DSPs, etc.
  • Experience with CRM, DMP, or CDP tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative.

Your Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years in Digital Media, Marketing Analytics, Performance Analytics, Programming, or related fields.
  • Experience with media research tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Google Analytics certification or experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a technical mindset.
