Job summary

Quantum Management Services Ltd, a Downtown Toronto-based real estate investment firm, seeks an Analyst to join its Asset Management team. You will work with a seasoned group to analyze portfolio performance, acquisitions, valuations, and cash flows, contributing to strategic decisions.

The role requires ARGUS, advanced Excel, and strong communication. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary, bonus, RRSP, 3 weeks vacation, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive CRE experience, ideally asset management
• Strong academic record with degree in Finance/Real Estate or related field
• Hands-on ARGUS experience required
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of three years of progressive experience within commercial real estate, ideally in asset management, acquisitions, investments, valuation, or financial analysis
• A strong academic record and a degree from a well-regarded university in Commerce, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
• Hands-on ARGUS experience is required
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• A solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including leasing, valuations, cash flow analysis, financing, and asset performance
• The ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate meaningful insights
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication skills
