Summary

What your team does:

The Analyst, AI Operations is part of our Customer Support organization. The Customer Support and Workforce Management & Analytics team play a key role in the success of Customer Success, ensuring our people, tools, and processes meet customer needs. This team drives AI adoption, and this role is responsible for operationalizing AI to enhance customer experience.

You will manage and optimize our AI tools in real time and collaborate across functions to promote AI adoption organization-wide.

This role suits someone passionate about technology and AI, with strong analytical thinking and relationship-building skills, eager to improve customer experiences.

What you’ll work on:
  • Managing and optimizing customer-facing AI tools
  • Refining tools for better accuracy and efficiency
  • Developing documentation for AI processes
  • Collaborating with teams across Customer Education, Support, Tech Escalations, Product, and Operations
  • Analyzing customer interaction trends to inform resourcing
  • Contributing to performance reports and stakeholder insights
What you may have:
  • Education in Data Science, Library Science, Info Systems, Analytics, Conversational Design, or related STEM fields
  • Experience with GenAI prompt engineering
  • Research or technical customer-facing experience
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in fast-paced tech/SaaS environments
  • Experience building or fine-tuning AI models
  • Knowledge of Scrum, SQL, Python, dashboards, or data visualization
  • Interest in increasing access to justice and transforming the legal industry

Clio offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, flexible time off, counseling benefits, RRSP matching, and recognition programs. Our salary range for this role is CAD $89,200 to $120,600, depending on location and experience.
