Responsibilities
  1. Compiles invoices owed by the company to suppliers or other organizations.
  2. Verifies purchase order detail, interprets Levels of Authority and processes invoices.
  3. Maintains all invoice and other transaction records.
  4. Works directly with vendors and WESCO locations on past due balances.
  5. Reviews statements from vendors and keeps the aging within the allowed vendor terms.
  6. Follows escalation procedures for exception handling.

Qualifications
  1. High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. 1 year required, 3 years preferred, of related experience
  3. Accurate and fast data entry
  4. Experience with computer software
  5. Math skills
  6. Excellent organizational skills
  7. Excellent communication skills
